No Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our No Returns Policy carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mail.spcp.org. We may require photo evidence of the damage to assist you. While we do not offer returns, we will do our best to resolve any issues with damaged items.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
