Licensing Link: – No statewide information was found. Tattooists should contact their local county health department for local laws and regulations that pertain to the registration, licensing and inspection of tattoo parlors in their city or county.
Note: currently only Boston’s requirements (no top level state requirement) could be located, which is licensing by the Boston Public Health Commission.
